Success story at Lisa's Personal Training

Kim started training at Lisa’s Personal Training late January of 2015. At first I was a little skeptical of taking her on as my client only because I have been training weigh-loss clients for many years and most of my clients have MOST success when they are truly ready. Weight loss is not a quick, easy journey, and I was not sure if Kim was really ready to (long-term) commit herself. And throughout the last 6 months she has had tears, self doubt, and many struggles to have to work through still she has managed to stand up and brush herself off and move forward. Well, here it is July 9th and she has lost 75lbs! She has really changed her mind set completely. Her eating has not really changed too much other than better choices, protein, and portion control. Embrace the new you, Kim, and let’s keep moving forward with your goals. ~Lisa

When Bill first came to me to start his fitness journey he was nervous to say the least. His vision of personal training was me with a bull horn and a stop watch putting him through unimaginable torture. While the start was certainly uncomfortable, slowly but surely Bill took one step after another. He went from dreading our session to looking forward to them and enjoying the work we do. Outside of the gym, Bill committed to changing his diet bit by bit and followed his homework diligently. Slowly but surely, Bill found himself changing dramatically by losing over 28lbs and gaining tremendous strength. Through hard work, Bill’s fitness journey went from a casual walk to a full on sprint. Great job Bill, you have come so far and I cannot wait to see what you accomplish in the future! Your Trainer, Dustin

In April 2014 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My eating style was unhealthily and I was struggling with my weight. I tried to exercise myself and diet with little success so in August 2014 I went to Lisa’s Personal Training. I sat down with Lisa and explained my situation to her—at that time I was 285 pounds. Lisa set me up with a plan and one of her trainers, Dustin. I am now 260 pounds, no longer diabetic, and I feel fantastic! If you have a health or fitness goal that you just can’t reach on your own, I would encourage anyone to stop by and talk to Lisa at Lisa’s Personal Training. Their Personal Training Team is so positive and super motivating. ~Jamie

Linda started at Lisa’s Personal Training 3 months ago. She has lost 12lbs, 3.1 inches off her waist, and 4 inches off her hips. Her success has a lot to do with the huge change in her life style. Linda had given up the M&Ms and has given into a cleaner way of eating. She now chooses clean proteins, fruits, and veggies and she sees her Trainer one day a week. Also, Linda uses the Lisa’s Personal Training home work program.

Your fitness journey is not always about what the scales reads... it’s about complete transformation, meaning one day at a time, one workout at a time, one meal change at a time. Here’s a few words from Betsy, “I have been reminding myself that my goals have nothing to do with the number on the scale” and “Dustin is a great support and helps me stay balanced and not get obsessive, he is a great trainer!” Great work with your client Dustin... and Betsy... keep on keeping STRONG!!!
