Barre Strength Zoom Class with Ronda

Join us online or in person (must call and reserve space) for a fun filled fitness hour.
This low impact Barre Class combines classic Barre with Strength and Pilates. This class is challenging for all levels of fitness. I will provide you with more energy and less stress while strengthening your body. Balance training, muscle lengthening and functional fitness exercises are fun, challenging and low to no impact. Love to see you at the Barre.
Strength/Core Class with Lisa (Starting September 3, 2024)

This class is energizing and fun, gives you a stronger body all around. We tackle different muscles groups every week. (Class runs for 4 weeks then one week off... fall, winter, and spring.) Call Lisa to sign up for class.
Mobility Training Group Class with Rond (Starting September 9, 2024)

Mobility training combines exercises that increase the range of motion, stabilization, and control within your joints and surrounding muscles. Mobility training focuses on exercises and movements that prioritize flexibility, balance, and strength. In this one hour class you will utilize strength, flexibility and mobility using natural body movements. Class can include a variety of exercise and movements that help improve your range of motion, balance, and strength. Mobility training classes may include elements of other fitness routines, such as: Dynamic stretches, Foam rolling, Bodyweight exercises, Yoga, Pilates, Agility exercises, and Myofascial releases. Class finishes with a relaxation technique that will help remove fatigue.

Have fun and work hard in a safe, comfortable, and encouraging environment. Laugh and lift (though not at the same time), and enjoy personal attention from an experienced instructor who can accommodate varied abilities and limitations. Classes are set up as a circuit where you work at your own pace to meet your fitness goals with guidance from your instructor and encouragement from classmates. You'll work hard and have fun. Foxy Ladies Fitness Class—50+ never looked or felt so good!
