Join us online or in person (must call and reserve space) for a fun filled fitness hour.
This low impact Barre Class combines classic Barre with Strength and Pilates. This class is challenging for all levels of fitness. I will provide you with more energy and less stress while strengthening your body. Balance training, muscle lengthening and functional fitness exercises are fun, challenging and low to no impact. Circuit Cardio Strength Group Class

$10.00/class or $40 for a 4 week commitment

Every 4 weeks with one week off.
Circuit group class is energizing and fun. Gives you a stronger body all around. We tackle different muscles groups every week. This class is held at Lisa's Personal Training 58 main st Ashland NH every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm.
